By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks modification of Condition No. 17(d) of the order dated 5th December 2025, which reads thus:
"17(d) The Applicant to report to the Mira-Bhayander Vasai-Virar Commissionerate on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. until further orders."

Mr. Sejpal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, has invited my attention to the medical documents placed on record, which indicate that the Applicant is suffering from brain-related ailments and is presently undergoing treatment at his native place in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. 3.
Considering the medical condition of the Applicant, I am inclined to modify Condition No. 17(d), which shall now read as under:
"17(d) The Applicant shall report to Gola Thana Police Station, Kesawapar Thana, Narayanpur Bujurg, District: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. until further orders. However, he shall report to the Mira-Bhayander VasaiVirar Commissionerate on every date of hearing before the Trial Court."

The Officer-in-Charge of Kesawapar Police Station, Narayanpur Bujurg, District: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, shall issue an acknowledgment of attendance to the Applicant and shall also keep the Mira-Bhayander Vasai-Virar
