The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appropriate application under Sections 14(2) and 14(4) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 before the Juvenile Justice Board. Permission is granted.

The Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In the event such an application is filed, the Juvenile Justice Board shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. All contentions of all parties are kept open.
