The impugned Judgment and Order dated 25th March, 2025 is one of conviction. In the application, it is stated that upon learning that an Advocate could be appointed through the High Court Legal Services Authority, Bombay, the Applicant approached the said Authority and thereafter filed the Appeal. Hence, there is delay in filing the application.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the interim application, the same is allowed. The delay of 112 days in filing the criminal appeal is hereby condoned.
