The Applicant who is Appellant No.1 in Criminal Appeal No.317 of MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE 2017, which he has filed against the judgement and order dated 30th March 2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad-Alibag in Sessions Case No.65 of 2009 convicting him for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 427, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has made an application for issuance of the passport to the Regional Passport Office at Thane.

In absence of any legal impediment, the concerned Passport Authority shall issue passport to the Applicant in accordance with law. 3.
