The Applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition not to enter the village Pusesavali, District Satara. The Applicant was arrested in Crime No.255 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 141, 143, 147, 148, 427, 435, 449, 450, 120B read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. 2.
The counsel for the Applicant has stated that 31 accused are released either on anticipatory bail or on regular bail. None of the accused persons were imposed the condition not to enter the said village. The role of this Applicant and Sangram Mali is similar. This 1/3
Court has granted bail to Sangram Mali, but such condition is not imposed. The Applicant is having agricultural land in said village and there is no one to take care of his agricultural land and therefore, has prayed to relax the said condition. 3.
The learned APP opposed the application stating that the role of this Applicant is different, as there is recovery from this Applicant. The condition is imposed not to tamper the witnesses. The trial is not yet initiated. Hence, prayed to reject the application. 4.
Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 5.
Out of 38 accused, 31 are released either on bail or anticipatory bail and such condition was not imposed except this Applicant.

Considering the similar role played by the other co accused and as they are allowed to enter said village, the condition imposed vide Clause (iv) in operative order of order dated 12th December 2025 in Bail Application No. 3478 of 2025, while granting bail to the Applicant is relaxed.

However, the Applicant is directed to attend the Aundh Police Station, Satara once in a month on 1st Monday of each month between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
