By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No.(iii) imposed on the applicant by this Court (Coram: R.N.Laddha, J.) dated 17.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant's brother's marriage is scheduled on 26.02.2026 and he wants to attend the marriage and requested to allow the application.

Learned counsel for the Intervenor strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that applicant is threatening first informant and prosecution witnesses. If the condition No.(iii) is relaxed, he may threaten prosecution witnesses and requested to reject the application. 6.
Learned APP supports the contention of learned counsel for the intervenor.

Considering the submission of all the learned counsel, I pass following order :
ORDER
(a) Condition No. (iii) of the Order dated 17.11.2025 is hereby relaxed.
"The application is permitted to enter the territorial jurisdiction of the Talegaon Dabhade Police Station, Pune, from 18.02.2026 to 28.02.2026."
