By this Interim Application, the Petitioner seeks clarification/modification of the order dated 12th February, 2026, thereby requesting to observe at the end of the order that the trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations made in the said order.

The application is allowed.

It is made clear that the following sentence be added as Paragraph No.16 after Paragraph No.15.

"16.

The trial Court shall decide the matter on its own merits without being influenced by the observations made in this order".
