By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition No.(c) of order dated 8th November 2023 of attend Police Station once in a month.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik J.) by order dated 8th November 2023, the Applicant shall attend the Police Station once in a month is hereby relaxed.

(ii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
