This is an Application seeking modification of the order dated 20th November 2025. By the said order, a condition was imposed directing the Applicant be enlarged on bail on execution of the PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

Heard Ms. Rajashri Karande, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP.

Ms. Karande submits that the Applicant comes from a lower-income family and is not able to raise the said amount to be furnished as a PR Bond with one or two local sureties in the like amount, as she is in custody since 2019. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, I am inclined to direct that the Applicant be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.10,000/- for a period of four weeks, after which she shall comply with the condition imposed in the bail order dated 20th November 2025.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
