This application is for condonation delay of 47 days in challenging the order impugned dated 30th August, 2025, rejecting anticipatory bail application filed by the appellant. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for both the sides.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it cannot be said that the delay is deliberate or inordinate. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of accordingly.
