The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 146/2025 registered with Police Station, Aundh, Dist. Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 308, 309, 310, 312, 325, 329(3), 134, 190 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the intervenor and learned APP for the non-applicant- State. 3.
Having gone through the case diary, it appears that the complainant lodged the FIR alleging three incidents on 19.09.2025, 10.10.2025 and 19.10.2025, on which total 11 accused persons including the applicants have obstructed the complainant and his wife from harvesting the maize crop. The wife of the complainant was manhandled and was not permitted to start the electric pump for drawing water. Filthy abuses were uttered and the applicants allegedly even mixed some poisonous substances in the well.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicants that the charge-sheet in the present crime was filed on 20.01.2026. Admittedly, there is a civil dispute between the applicants and the complainant. There is every possibility that in order to pressurize the applicants, they have been impleaded in the present crime.

Prima facie, the spot panchnama does not support the allegations made in the FIR. There is a delay of five days in lodging the FIR. The names of the applicants are mentioned in the 7/12 extract as the owners of the land, whereas the name of the complainant's father is recorded as tenant. The dispute between the parties is pending before the revenue authority.

The Applicants were protected by way of ad-interim order dated 03.02.2026. The other co-accused having a similar role as that assigned to the present applicants have already been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 03.02.2026. Considering these aspects, a case is made out for confirming the ad-interim order dated 03.02.2026. Hence this order : I.
Application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of applicants Kiran Mahadev Kamble, Siddharth Kiran Kamble and Ganesh Moreshwar Kamble in connection with crime No.146/2025 registered with Police Station, Aundh, Dist. Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 308, 309, 310, 312, 325, 329(3), 134, 190 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.
III.
The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when directed.
IV.
The applicants shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence or threaten the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

In view of disposal of the anticipatory bail application, nothing survives in the interim application and the same is disposed of accordingly. [M. W. CHANDWANI, J.]
