The applicant seeks relaxation of condition for bail imposed in clause (iv) of the operative part of the order of this Court, dated IRESH MASHAL 23.04.2025, in Criminal Bail Application No.805 of 2025. Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was granted bail by the aforesaid order, wherein, the applicant was directed to attend the concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial. It is submitted that the applicant is a elected member of the Grampanchayat and has never misused the liberty granted by this Court. However, due to the imposed condition, the applicant was unable to attend the meetings held in the Grampanchayat. Iresh 1 of

Learned A.P.P. opposed the application and submitted the applicant may tamper or influence the witnesses. Hence, prayed to reject the application.

Having heard the submissions and perusal of the record indicates that the Applicant was earlier granted similar relief for a temporary period during the election by this Court. The Applicant has not misused the liberty granted by this Court. 5.
In view of the aforesaid and considering that the Applicant is a elected member of the Grampanchayat which requires his due presence to carry out the administrative works, therefore, I am persuaded to relax the condition for bail granted by this Court. 6.
Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
