By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated 20th June, 2024 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition Nos. (iv) & (v) not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of District Pune and attending police station on 1st & 16th day of each month. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.

The learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may threaten the prosecution witnesses. Hence, requested to reject the Application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel's and reasons mentioned in Application, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(iv) and (v) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated 20th June 2024 is hereby relaxed.

(ii) The Application is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms.
