Learned Counsel for the appellant makes a statement across the bar that the learned Trial Court has shown its inability to accept the deposit of the amounts for want of any order from this Court. Record indicates that by order dated 28th April, 2022, a direction was given to the appellant to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs before the Trial Court. However, subsequently, since the said order was recalled, there needs a further direction to the Trial Court to accept the said amount.

In view of the above, Trial Court is directed to accept a sum REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date: 2026.02.11 19:25:43 +0530
904-APEAL-1407-2019.DOC of Rs.2 lakhs, which is sought to be deposited by the Appellant. On deposit of such amount, it would be open for the Appellant to move this Court for appropriate orders.
