These Interim Applications are filed at the instance of persons who claim to be victims/depositors in Crime No. 851 of 2024 registered with the Wakad Police Station, Pune. They therefore seek intervention in the present Bail Application filed by the Applicant, Vithoba Sakharam Mayekar (Accused No. 1). 2.

Mr. Sachin Salunkhe, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that both Interim Applications be allowed and that the Interveners be heard in the present bail application. 3.

Mr. V B Konde-Deshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent/State, does not object to the request made by the Interveners.

In view of the no objection given by Mr. Sachin Salunkhe, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. V B Konde-Deshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent/State, these Interim Applications are allowed. Consequently, the Interveners are permitted to intervene in the present bail application.

Mr. Sachin Salunkhe, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the cause title of the Bail Application will be amended to show the names of the Interveners. He seeks leave to carry out the amendment forthwith. Permission granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Copy of the amended Bail Application be

furnished to the office of the learned APP within one week from today.
