It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that this Court had granted bail to the applicant. The applicant has filed documents before the concerned authority but it will take time to verify the surety. Hence, requested for cash bail.

I have heard both learned counsel. As the applicant is already SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM released on bail, I pass following order :
