By this Application, Applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad.

Learned SPP strongly objected to allow the Application on the ground that earlier application of the Applicant was rejected by this Court. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is

The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad during the period of 15/04/2026 to 15/06/2026.

The Applicant shall provide his address of abroad to I.O. 7.

The Investigating Officer is directed to return the pass-port of the Applicant to travel abroad.

8.

The Applicant shall deposit the pass-port to the Investigating Officer after returning from abroad.

9.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
