2) Mr. Halwasia, learned Addl. P. P. appearing for Respondent No.3, on instructions fairly submitted that, during the period for 1st February 2026 to 16th March 2026, the presence of the Applicant before the Investigating Agency is not necessary and the prayer of the Applicant can be 1/2

3) In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
