By order dated 12th January, 2026, the Supreme Court, while quashing and setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 29th January, 2025, passed by this Court, has remanded the present matter to this Court for consideration afresh. By the said order, parties were directed to appear before this Court on 9th February, 2026. The 9th February 2026

Mr. Grover, learned senior Counsel for the Applicant, states that there is also application for interim bail in the matter. Considering the said application, Ms. Gotad, learned APP representing the State, is requested to call for a report from the Superintendent of Taloja Central Prison regarding the health status of the Applicant. 3.

List Interim Application No.296 of 2026 on 17th February, 2026. To be listed on the 'Supplementary Board'. 4.
