By this Application, the Applicant is seeking temporary bail. 2.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant's real uncle Ramesh Jadhav is died on 23rd January 2026. The Applicant is his nephew. He needs temporary bail to perform rituals after death of uncle and requested to allow the temporary bail. 3.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The real uncle of the Applicant is died. The Applicant is seeking temporary bail for performing his last rituals. The main Bail Application was already adjourned. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is released on temporary bail for 5 days from tomorrow on depositing cash of Rs.50,000/- and P.R.Bond of the same amount.

(iii) The Applicant shall surrender after five days without asking for extension of the bail.

(iv) The Applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station on every day between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) This order is corrected as per suo-moto speaking to minutes of order dated 31.01.2026
