Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition of not enter the territorial jurisdiction of the Pune District. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated 30th August 2024 is hereby relaxed.

(ii) The Applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of the Shirgaon-Parandwadi Police Station, District-Pune till conclusion of the trial.

(ii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
