By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : Amit Borkar, J.) by order dated 1st March 2024 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall not enter the District Nashik and enter the District only for the purpose of Trial Court's date. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.
The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition Nos.(b) and (c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Amit Borkar, J.) by order dated 1st March 2024 are hereby relaxed.
