The Interim Application is filed in view of clause No.11(g) of the order dated 16th December 2025, which reads as under: (g) The Applicants shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

It is clarified that the Court contemplated under the said clause is the learned Trial Court/concerned Sessions Court. In view of this position, the Applicants are at liberty to file appropriate Interim Application before the learned Trial Court/concerned Sessions Court. If such application is filed, then the learned concerned Court is requested to dispose of the said application expeditiously.
