Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. Learned A.P.P. produced on record a report dated 16th March, 2026, issued by Associate Professor & Head Department of Orthopaedics, Grant Government Medical College & Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. A copy of the said report is handed over to the learned Advocate for the Applicant. The said report is taken on record.

KSG 10-Ia-327-2026.doc 2) Perusal of report indicates that, the Applicant is not suffering from any major element and he has been advised to follow up after six weeks in Orthopaedics Department, J.J. Hospital for further line of management. The detailed analysis of his health condition is mentioned on the medical report duly signed by Dr. Nadir Shah, Associate Professor, Head of Department of Orthopaedics of the said Hospital. 3) In view of the said report, we are not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for by the Applicant in this Application. 4) Learned Advocate for the Applicant therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Application, unconditionally. 4.1) Leave granted.
