Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant could not deposit the amount of 20% of the compensation, in terms of the Order dated 26th November, 2025. However, the applicant is now in a position to deposit the said amount. Even today the applicant can deposit the said amount by SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2026.02.06 14:51:16 +0530 SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI before the Court of Session.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the application stands allowed. The applicant is granted extension of time to deposit the said amount before the Court of Session till tomorrow.
