By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition Nos.(f) and (g) imposed by order dated 21st August 2025 passed by this Court (Coram :Ashwin D. Bhobe, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By condition (f), the applicant was directed to attend report/attend before the Investigating Officer, Deccan Police Station, District-Pune, on first and last Saturday of every month from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm till further orders from the Trial Court in Special MCOCA Case No. 39 of 2018 and by condition (g), the applicant was directed not
134-IA-357-2026.doc Rohit Ghuge to enter the territorial jurisdiction of District-Pune, till conclusion of the trial of Special MCOCA Case No.39 of 2018, except for attending the hearing of the said case and for the purpose of reporting before the Investigating Officer, Deccan Police Station, District-Pune on the dates fixed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :
O R D E R
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) The conditions (f) and (g) imposed on the applicant by order dated 21st August 2025 are hereby relaxed. Interim Application stands disposed of in above terms.
