By these applications, the applicants are seeking relaxation of condition viz. the applicants shall not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Tal-Purandar, till the conclusion of the trial.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants want to caste vote in Zilla Parishad Election which is scheduled tomorrow i.e. on 7th February 2026 and requested for relaxation of condition (iii) for three days.

Learned APP strongly objected for relaxation of the condition. 4.
Considering the submissions of all learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the applications, I pass following order :
O R D E R
(i) All the applicants are permitted to enter in TalukaPurandar on 7th, 8th and 9th February 2026. (ii) The applicants shall leave Taluka -Purandar on 9th February 2026 by 6.00 pm.
Interim applications are allowed in above terms and disposed of.
