By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 12th November, 2025, passed in Interim Application No.4141 of 2025 in Bail Application No.3199 of 2025.

I have heard Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Rao, learned APP representing the State.

Mr. Khan has taken me through medical certificate given by Dr. Ajay S. Chaurasia, D.M. of Humble Heart & Health Care certifying that the Applicant is suffering from ischemic heart disease with unstable angina and has undergone Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery on 8th January, 2026 and requires three months of bed-rest to recover.

Considering that surgery is conducted on 8th January, 2026, I am inclined to extend interim bail for a period of two months from today.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by order dated 12th November, 2025, is extended for a period of two months from today. Rest of the order shall remain as it is. 6.

The Applicant is directed to keep the Superintendent of Mumbai Central, Mumbai apprised of the details of his whereabouts including the name of the Hospital, the name of the treating doctors, the relatives visiting him and any other information as required by the Investigating Officer / Jail authorities.

On the last day of two months at 03:00 pm., the Applicant shall surrender himself to the Mumbai Central Prison, without fail.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed of.
