By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court [Coram: Madhav J.Jamdar, J.] by order dated 24/04/2024 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the conditions: (b) The Applicant shall not enter Taluka Ambegaon District Pune after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial. (d) The Applicant shall report to the Narayangaon Police Station, Taluka Junnar, District Pune once every month, on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition Nos. (b) and (d) imposed on the Applicant by this Court [Coram: Madhav J.Jamdar, J.] by order dated 24/04/2024 is modified as under:- "The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

(ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
