By way of this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of condition (v) of the bail order dated 7th May 2025. The condition sought to be modified reads thus: "(v) Applicant shall attend the trial court on first Tuesday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. to mark his presence. If the first Tuesday of the said month falls on a holiday and / or non Court working day, the Applicant shall mark presence on the next working day."

Heard Mr. Aman Kothari, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP. 3.
Mr. Kothari has stated that the Applicant has regularly and diligently attended the Trial Court on all dates and has complied with all the conditions imposed in the said order. 4.
Considering the averments made in the Application and the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, I am inclined to delete condition (v) of the order dated 7th May 2025. However, it is made clear that the Applicant shall attend the Trial Court on every date fixed for trial by the Trial Court.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
