Mr. Sanghrajka, learned counsel appears for the Applicant in Interim Application No.417 of 2026 filed in Criminal Revision Application No.321 of 2018. In said Interim Application relief sought is withdrawal of the amount which has been deposited in this Court. The said Criminal Revision Application is arising out of the proceedings filed under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. To give one more opportunity to the Applicant in Criminal Revision Application No.321 of 2018, stand over to 17th February, 2026 at 3.00 pm."
