As none was appearing for the Applicant, this Court has appointed Mr. Atharva S. Jagtap, learned Counsel of this Court to represent the Revision Applicant.

Ad-interim Orders, already passed, shall continue to operate till the hearing of the Criminal Revision Application. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.417 OF 2026 6.

Pursuant to the earlier Orders, the Revision Applicant has deposited total amount of Rs.2,90,000/- in the Trial Court. The said amount with accrued interest, if any, is allowed to be withdrawn by Respondent No.1 - Dilip Rajaram Shinde, on the condition that Respondent No.1 files an undertaking in this Court within a period of 3 weeks from today to the effect that, in case Criminal Revision Application is allowed, then the entire amount with interest at 7% per annum will be deposited in this Court.

Accordingly, Interim Application No.417 of 2026 is disposed of. 8.
