This is an Application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.45,00,000/- deposited by the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1321 of 2025 with the Registry of this Court in terms of the orders passed by this Court dated 08th May 2025, 09th May 2025 and 14th May 2025 in the said Anticipatory Bail Application. 3.

I am told that the prosecution has filed the chargesheet before the jurisdictional court. In that view of the matter, the Registry shall transfer the said amount of Rs.45,00,000/- to the trial court. Mugdha

Liberty is granted to the present Applicant/first informant to file an application before the trial court for withdrawal of the said amount. If such application is filed, the trial court shall decide the same on its own merits.
