By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition Nos. (b) and (d) imposed by order dated 28th March 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By condition (b), the applicant was directed not to enter into the Raigad District after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial. By condition (d), the applicant was directed to report to the Nehru Nagar Police Station, District-Mumbai City, once every week on every Sunday Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) Condition Nos. (b) and (d) imposed on the applicant are hereby relaxed.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
