Heard Dr. Racchana D Fadia, party in person and Ms. Dabholkar, learned APP for the Respondent - State. By this Interim Application filed in Writ Petition No. 541 of 2026, the Applicant has sought for the following relief: A) Permit the Applicant to intervene in Criminal Writ Petition No. 541 of

2026 as an independent victim and be heard before any interim or final relief is granted;

B) Ensure correct disclosure of the Investigating Agency - Direct the Petitioners to carry out a formal and consequential amendment by substituting Aarey Police Station in place of Dindoshi Police Station, so as to correctly reflect the present Investigating Police Station;

C) Grant liberty to the Applicant to assist the Court as and when directed;

D) Pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.

After this matter was heard for some time, Dr. Racchana Fadia, party in person craves leave to withdraw the present Application.

Ms. Dabholkar, learned APP and Mr. Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Original Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 541 of 2026, do not object to the request of withdrawal made by Dr. Racchana Fadia.

In view of the statement made by Dr. Racchana Fadia, leave granted to withdraw the present Interim Application.

In view of the above, Interim Application No. 443 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
