By way of this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish one or two sureties in the like amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by order dated 8th May 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1486 of 2025.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application and the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for 25th February 2026

914-IA-453-2026.DOC the respective parties, I am inclined to grant the extension of time as sought. Time to furnish one or two sureties in the like amount of Rs.25,000/- is extended by a period of four weeks. 3.

It is noted that this extension is the last opportunity given to the Applicant.

The Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of accordingly.
