By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(C) imposed by order dated 28th January 2025 passed by this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to enter into the limits of Karjat Taluka except to attend the dates before the Trial SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Court till the conclusion of the trial.
