By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : Ashwin D. Bhobe, J.) by order dated 7th August, 2025 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, 'The applicant shall not enter the territorial jurisdiction of the Nashik Municipal Corporation limits till the trial is concluded'. In present matter investigation is completed. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.
The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may threaten the prosecution

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel's and reasons mentioned in Application, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : Ashwin D. Bhobe, J.) by order dated 7th August, 2025 is hereby relaxed.
