I have heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant and Learned APP for the Respondent-State.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 15th October 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2866 of 2025 that the Applicant till conclusion of the trial shall not enter into the limits of Thane District, except to attend the dates before the rial court is relaxed for a period of six months from today. 4.
