This application is for modification of condition of bail imposed by this Court by order dated 01.07.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 1780 of 2025 whereby the Applicant was enlarged on bail on executing P. R. Bond of sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that inspite of the fact that he was granted bail in July-2025, he is unable to furnish the surety. Learned Counsel for the Applicant therefore seeks reduction of the said amount.

Learned APP opposes the application.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is unable to furnish the surety for a period of about eight months or now, the amount of surety stands reduced from Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and rest of the order to remain unchanged.

ORDER

(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or more solven sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court;

In view of the above, Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
