Learned Counsel for the appellant/applicant makes a statement across the bar that the learned Trial Court has not permitted the appellant to deposit the amount of Rs. 2 lakhs as per the order dated 28th April, 2022, for the reason that the period for deposit of the said amount is expired.

Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 28th April, 2022 has not been recalled in this matter and hence, no further order is necessary.

If the trial Court finds it difficult to accept the deposit for any reason, it is necessary to issue clarification to that effect. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

The trial Court to accept the amount of Rs.2 lakhs as per the order dated 28th April, 2022, passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 1408 of 2019.
