By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the condition Nos.(C) and (D) imposed by this Court (Coram: N. R. Borkar, J.) by order dated 05th May, 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. 3.

Considering the submissions of both the counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order.

ORDER

(I) Application is partly allowed.

(ii) Condition imposed under Clause (C) of the order dated 05th May 2025 (Coram: N. R. Borkar, J.) imposed on the applicant is modified as under:

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month as per his convenience till the conclusion of trial.

131-IA-493-2026.doc Rohit Ghuge (iii) Condition imposed under Clause (D) i.e., the applicant shall not leave the corporation limits of Pune city except with the prior permission of the trial court, is hereby relaxed as matters are pending against the applicant in other states. 4) Interim Application is disposed of.
