By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition of not enter in Pune District. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by

(ii) The Applicant shall not enter in the jurisdiction of Kothrud Police Station, till next date till conclusion of the trial except attending court dates.
