The Interim Applications have been taken out for restoration of Criminal Revision Application No.318 of 2016 and Criminal Revision Application No.322 of 2016 which were dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 23rd January 2026. For the reasons set out in the Interim Applications the same are allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).

Orders dated 23rd January 2026 dismissing for non prosecution the Criminal Revision Application No.318 of 2016 and 322 of 2016 are recalled. Consequently, both these Criminal Revision Applications are restored to the file of this Court. As the Criminal Revision Applications are restored, the Criminal Applications/Interim Applications also stands restored.

Accordingly, the Interim Applications are disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
