This Interim Application is filed seeking recall of the order dated 22nd January 2026 passed by this Court by which the Criminal Revision Application No.10 of 2026 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Ms. Pooja Tarkase, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to some difficulties on the part of the Sonali

914-IA-543-2026.DOC learned Advocate, he was absent. She submits that Criminal Revision Application was at the pre-admission stage and none has appeared for the Respondents. She submits that the Interim Application has been filed within time.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Consequently, the order dated 22nd January 2026 passed by this Court dismissing Criminal Revision Application No. 10 of 2026 for non-prosecution is recalled, and the said Criminal Revision Application is restored to the file of this Court. 6.

List the Criminal Revision Application No.10 of 2026 for "admission" on 9th March 2026.
