This is an Application seeking modification of condition (i) of the order dated 29th January 2026 passed by this Court. The said condition reads thus:

"The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/ with one or two local sureties in the like amount"

For the reasons mentioned in the Application and considering the averments made by the counsel, the said condition is modified and the modified condition is read as under:

" The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount."

In view of the above, another condition is imposed on the Applicant:

"The Applicant shall furnish cash bail in the like amount for a period of four weeks."

The Interim Application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
