By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (iv) imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) dated 02.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 02.09.2024, this Court in paragraph No.8(iv) has directed that "The Applicant shall provide his address and name of nearby Police Station to the Investigating Officer and attend said Police Station on 1st and 16th day of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till conclusion of trial", hence requested to relax the said condition. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. 8(iv) of the order dated 02nd September, 2024 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.
