Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

Both learned counsel submit that, parties have settled their matters out of the Court and they have executed Consent Terms accordingly. Both learned counsel tendered Consent Terms, it is taken on record and marked as 'x' for identification. 3.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submit that though the Respondent No.2 is not present in the Court, he submit that Respondent No.2 agrees with the Consent Terms and he identified his signature. The statement is accepted.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel the Applications are allowed and disposed of.

All Revision Applications be registered for statistical purpose. 6.

The Applicant Nos.2 and 3 are acquitted from the charges levelled under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

7.

The Applicant Mr.Balasaheb K. Bhintade in Interim Application No.2299 of 2024 be released on furnishing cash bail of Rs.10,000/- and P.R. bond of same amount.

All pending Applications are disposed of.
