By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : Prithviraj K. Chavan J.) by order dated 16th January 2024 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall not to leave jurisdiction of the Special Court till conclusion of the trial. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 3.

The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(e) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : Prithviraj K. Chavan J.) by order dated 16th January 2024 not to leave jurisdiction of the Special Court till conclusion of the trial is hereby relaxed. (ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
