By this Interim Application the Applicant is seeking interim NILAM SANTOSH KAMBLE
bail.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant is willing to attend the marriage function of his sister and requested for interim bail.

The learned APP strongly objected for bail on the ground that serious allegations are levelled against the Applicant. If the Applicant released on bail, he may abscond or threaten prosecution witnesses, and requested to reject the Application. 7.
The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submit that the Applicant has deposited Rs.6 lakhs before the Trial Court. He be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant will not object for the withdrawal of the amount subject to outcome of the trial and Applicant shall file such undertaking before the Trial Court.

The learned counsel further submitted that the Applicant will try to deposit Rs.4 lakhs before the Trial Court. 10.
Considering the submission of learned counsel and as the Applicant wants to attend marriage ceremony of his sister and I pass
following order.
ORDER
(i) The Applicant-Shantanu Laxman Nimbalkar be released on bail for four weeks from tomorrow. (ii) The Applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and PR bond of the same amount.
(iii) The Applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on 27th March 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
(iv) The Applicant shall not seek extension of interim bail.
(v) The Applicant shall report to the RCF Police station twice in every week i.e. on Monday and Thursday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for four weeks. (vi) Stand over to 27th March 2026.
